I love my embroiderer. It's doesn't always play well and can often get caught at the back so I've taken to manual control of the speed so I can keep an eye on it. It is brilliant to be able to personalize things though.

I don't tend to go for the large images that you can do with multiple colours as I don't trust the machine. Think I'd need to spend lots of money of an industrial machine to trust it completely but I can write things and have used some simple images like flowers and patterns. Having said that, I did get it serviced this year and it was given back to me with a very intricate design as a tester piece. Perhaps I shouldn't be so cautious and should go for it!
